Who This Is For

For the professional who gives everything to everyone else, and rarely makes time for themselves. Always doing. Always supporting. Always reachable. It's been longer than you'd like to admit since you truly slowed down.

Put it down. The phone, the inbox, the constant doing.

You're busy doing. Supporting everyone else. Rarely stopping long enough to ask what you actually need.

This is a chance to put it all down and reconnect: to yourself, to nature, to the people who matter most.

This is what it means to live more fully connected, with more presence, meaning, joy, fulfillment, and aliveness, not just for the days you're walking, but long after.

  • Movement

    creates openness

  • Nature

    accelerates reflection

  • Conversation

    deepens transformation

  • Community

    creates belonging

Why This Is Personal

It started with her dad.

Lisa's love of travel didn't start with her own reinvention. It started with her dad.

Beginning in high school and continuing through college, she and her father traveled the world together. He wasn't extravagant, he drove a modest car, cut coupons, kept things simple. But experiences were where he spent without hesitation. That was his one indulgence, and the one he gave her most: the belief that experiences matter more than things.

On the road, something else surprised her. Her father, quiet and reserved at home, came alive with strangers, easy, curious, unguarded, in a way she rarely saw anywhere else. Watching him taught her that curiosity can drop anyone's guard, given the right conditions.

That's the belief every journey Lisa creates is built on: that the right experience, in the right conditions, can open people up, to adventure, to each other, and to themselves.
