The short version
This site does not run advertising trackers, does not sell personal information, and does not create accounts or store visitor data in its own database. The only information collected is what you choose to send through the tools linked below.
Information you choose to share
Email inquiries: the contact form on this site does not transmit anything on its own. When you submit it, your own email application opens with the details pre-filled so you can review and send the message yourself.
Scheduling: discovery and strategy calls are booked through a scheduling tool, embedded on the contact page. The name, email, and answers you provide there are handled by that service and shared with Lisa so she can prepare for the call.
Free resources and newsletter: the guide and newsletter signups are hosted on firestartconnections.com. The email address you submit is used to deliver the resource and, if you opt in, occasional notes on connection as a skill. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
How that information is used
To reply to your message, prepare for a call, deliver a resource you requested, and send email you asked to receive. Nothing more. Information is never sold, rented, or traded.
Third-party services
This site uses a small number of trusted third-party services to handle scheduling, video, and resource delivery. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, and anything you submit through them is governed by their terms.
Cookies and analytics
The site itself does not set marketing cookies. Embedded services may set their own cookies when their content loads. Aggregate, non-identifying traffic measurement may be used to understand which pages are helpful.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message, and you can ask for the information you have shared to be corrected or deleted. Use the contact form on this site and your request will be handled promptly.
Children
This site and Lisa's programs are intended for adults. Information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 16.
